The Roseville Advanced Homes Program (RAHP) hosted two webinars in October 2022 to explain how builders, developers and homeowners can receive incentives for all-electric construction completed in 2023-2025. RAHP helps Roseville Electric Utility (REU) customers incorporate all-electric measures in new construction residential projects and multifamily alterations projects.
View the recordings below to learn what’s available in the 2023-2025 program.
Multifamily New Construction and Alterations Webinar
RAHP now offers incentives for both new construction and alterations projects in multifamily buildings. Alterations incentives are new this program cycle, and existing multifamily properties can receive significant financial assistance to support the design and installation of a central heat pump water heater. Affordable multifamily properties can also receive an additional 25% bonus incentive.
All-electric new construction multifamily projects completed in 2023 can receive up to $5,100 per unit. Multifamily alterations projects completed in 2023 can receive up to $6,175 per unit.

Single-Family and ADU Webinar
From single-family homes to duplexes, townhomes and accessory dwelling units (ADU), RAHP has incentives to help make all-electric construction more affordable. As long as you build without gas connections to residential units, there are minimal program requirements you must meet to access incentives. The homes need to meet the 2022 Energy Code and install prerequisites, including electric vehicle charging pre-wiring, segregated circuits and communicating smart thermostats.
Incentives up to $5,200 per home are available for qualifying single-family homes, duplexes and townhomes constructed in 2023. ADUs built in 2023 can receive up to $2,600.
